The Behavioral Health Branch of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) is offering one day Incident Determination Committee (IDC) training. The training is for all Unit/Squadron Commanding Officers, Family Advocacy Officers (FAO’s), Sergeant Major’s and those who will serve as the Alternate IDC Representatives for the unit/squadron. Triple-P works by giving parents the skills to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers, and to build stronger family relationships. It also helps parents manage misbehavior and prevent problems. The program does not tell people how to parent. In support of the Protect What You’ve Earned initiative, there will be a Prime for Life 4.5 hour course offered quarterly open to all active duty, family members, and civilians. Prime for Life 4.5 hour is an evidence based curriculum designed to help individuals of all ages develop skills for making low risk choices surrounding alcohol and drug use.
