Century Anger Management

Join us for an 8 wk course focused on tools that help gain control and manage anger. The skills taught can be applied in the workplace, family and intimate relationships, or where ever the anger is causing an issue. No registration required! Please show up 20 minutes early on your first day for orientation. Please call 252-720-4283 with any questions. Every Wednesday from 0900-1100 at building 232. For Active Duty and retirees on a case-by-case basis.

STOP for Women Tuesdays 9-10

Program for women who have been violent towards their husbands. The program focuses on making choices that are nonviolent, managing anger, alternative ways to resolve conflicts without using violence & looking at alternatives to violent behavior. The Behavioral Health Branch of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) is offering one day Incident Determination Committee (IDC) training. The training is for all Unit/Squadron Commanding Officers, Family Advocacy Officers (FAO’s), Sergeant Major’s and those who will serve as the Alternate IDC Representatives for the unit/squadron.
