You may have had to pack for a move once or twice or five times. You know your school liaison and you’ve already got dibs on the best sitter in your new housing area. You know all about weekly story time at the library and the first name of the barista at the cafe.
You’ve learned you’re not alone in this and support is readily available. You’ve got friends ready to walk, run, swim or spin with you, as long as the kids cooperate. You know the importance of taking care of yourself because after all, you’re a mom; you’ve got little people who rely on you.
