Step It Up Challenge

If you can move, you can do this challenge. Use your own Step tracker or Fit Bit. Every week you will report your total amount of steps to the administrator and you will be notified of your progress and progress of others. World No Tobacco Day

World No Tobacco Day is a national observance of the affects of tobacco on tobacco users and those around them. Every year WHO (World Health Organization) and partners mark World No Tobacco Day in May, highlighting the health risks associated with tobacco use and advocating for effective policies to reduce tobacco consumption.
